Participating in Transanta has given me the opportunity to feel loved during the holidays where I am often upset that I cannot spend time with friends or family, Living as a trans youth has been extremely stressful in the fact that I can't be myself around family, and that going out in public feels scary, with transanta i have been able to feel like people DO care about me, people want me to be happy, and I should be myself.

I wasn't expecting people to actually go through and donate things i wanted or needed to me, I was under the impression i'd be ignored, but things were different! I feel loved.
