Rainbow Health Free to Be program
Providing therapy and case management services to 14-24 year-olds who LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC.

Free to Be offers mental health services for individuals ages 14-24 who are members of the LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC community. You do not need to be living with HIV or have health insurance to access this program.
Free to Be’s case management is provided throughout Minnesota, and it can be in person, on the phone, and/or virtually as agreed upon by the case manager and person receiving services.

The Center on Colfax’s young Adult Program offers comprehensive engagement and resources that promotes the development, well-being, personal preservation, and empowerment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual (LGBTQIA) young adults ages 18-24.
Saga provides resources and engagement programs dedicated to paving pathways towards developing professional and life skills, exploring career paths whether through attending college or vocational school, and exploring other ventures in life.

Providing a virtual space for Colorado-based high school students to connect with each other.
Providing a virtual space for Colorado-based high school students to connect with each other.
This is a virtual space intended for high school students 13-17 years-old to connect with each other through guided discussions. Topics can range from the LGBTQIA+ experience, friendships, dating, school life, social media, and more. Students from all around the Colorado area are welcome! They meet weekly every Tuesday from 4-7pm.
Point of Pride HRT Access Fund
Providing direct financial assistance to trans folks who cannot afford HRT.

Point of Pride provides trans folks with 12 months prescription cost coverage, medical care, medical letters and more. Learn more about the program and apply here.
Please note that the fund is available to individuals 18+ and within the current service area of their three provider partners: Plume, Folx, QueerMed, and QueerDoc. Each of these links specifically leads to each partner’s HRT Access Fund pages.
